Job summary

Family-Hope-Solutions in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support behavior intervention plans for children in home, clinic, school, and community settings. The role involves implementing plans created by supervisors, collecting data, and collaborating with caregivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ABA or special education experience preferred.
• Experience working with kids preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive training on treatment plans and behavior intervention plans for each client on your caseload.
• Implement plans as written by your clinical supervisor
• Provide services to clients based on hours set by your clinical supervisor
• Collect data on a daily basis
• Communicate regularly with the clinical supervisor
• Train caregivers to implement the behavior plan
• Implement the behavior plan in all relevant settings
• Attend meetings regarding client's behavior services as necessary
• Maintain recertification of RBT training annually
• Attend meetings and trainings as requested by the supervisory team
