Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavior Support Specialist to conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop and monitor behavior support plans, and train staff and families in positive strategies across Berks and Lehigh County locations.

Responsibilities include data collection, plan development, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to implement non-restrictive interventions while ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services or a closely related field; or Bachelor’s Degree under supervision of a Master’s Level Clinician
