Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Behavior Support Specialist in Newark, DE for the full school year. This on-site role provides building-level behavioral support to staff across elementary, high school, and vocational settings in a Newark district.

You will collaborate with School Psychologists to develop interventions, conduct FBAs, design BIPs, train staff, collect data, attend IEP meetings, and provide crisis support while managing multiple responsibilities independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong foundation in ABA principles.
• K-12 experience with behavioral needs preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Delaware Instructional Paraprofessional Permit required.

Responsibilities
