Job summary

PA Inclusive in Pittston, PA is seeking a Behavior Specialist to observe, assess, and treat individuals with emotional or behavioral disorders, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain progress reports within the Behavior Supports Program. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, behavior analysis, counseling, or related field, plus experience with behavioral theory and ABA.

Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, behavior analysis, counseling, special education, or related field.
• Experience with behavioral theory and applied behavior analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership, mentoring and coaching of staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address behavioral issues.
• Support clients throughout the treatment process.
• Communicate with client’s team and families to implement treatment plans.
• Monitor and record treatment progress.
• Attend training programs, conferences, and meetings as directed.
• Travel to branch offices in other regions may be required.
