Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Behavior Support Specialist to conduct functional assessments and develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans across community settings in Berks and Lehigh counties. The role emphasizes positive behavioral strategies, staff training, and data-driven progress tracking.

The position requires a Master’s in Human Services (or a Bachelor's under supervision) with strong collaboration skills and proficiency in MS Office and related EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field required or Bachelor's degree under supervision.
• Proven experience in behavioral assessment, planning, and data collection.
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior support strategies.
• Develop and review Behavior Support Plans and Restrictive Procedures Plans.
• Train staff, families, and participants on plan implementation and compliance.
• Collect and evaluate behavioral data to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to create non-restrictive support strategies.
• Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
