Job summary

Hope Services in Silicon Valley seeks an experienced leader to oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of individualized behavior support services for individuals with complex behavioral and mental health needs. This role requires strong regulatory acumen, trauma-informed approaches, and a commitment to person-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in behavioral health or related services.
• Current, active RBT credential (BACB) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Enhanced Behavior Modification Program across all operations.
• Oversee assessment, planning, and implementation of enhanced behavior support services that are evidence-based and trauma-informed.
• Supervise RBTs and support BCBAs and program staff.
• Ensure Behavior Support Plans meet local, state, and federal regulations and licensing standards.
• Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis, QA activities, and stakeholder feedback.
• Facilitate training on behavioral strategies, de-escalation, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with families, residential providers, schools, and funding agencies.
• Maintain records and reports for compliance and program improvement.
• Serve as subject matter expert in behavior support practices and lead crisis response planning.
• Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion for all participants.
• Assist with program expansion strategies and other duties as assigned.
