Job summary

IMDiversity is seeking a Paraprofessional Behavior Support at Johnson Elementary School in Fort Collins, Colorado, for the 2026-27 school year. The role supports students with behavior needs, reinforces skills, and assists with data collection and progress documentation.

You will work with teachers to implement behavior plans, attend meetings, and help create safe, supportive classroom environments for students with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Possess strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse students.
• Proven ability to collaborate with school staff and families.
• Experience supporting students with behavior needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with behaviors or trauma by reinforcing skills and implementing safety plans.
• Monitor students in classrooms and during breaks to reinforce school-wide discipline procedures.
• Collect and summarize data on observable behavior and document interventions.
