Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of learning experiences for students in the program.
• Confer with teachers to provide feedback on student performance in tutorial and testing activities.
• Interpret IEPs and related instructional plans within guidelines set by a certificated teacher.
• Instruct students in small group and one-on-one settings.
• Revise lesson plans or teaching strategies to achieve IEP goals and objectives.
• Conduct student testing and record scores, informing the teacher of any issues.
• Help students develop positive interpersonal relationships with peers and adults.
