Job summary

SESI, a division of FullBloom, is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in K-12 settings. You will work one-on-one with an assigned student, implement behavior support plans, and help foster a positive, inclusive classroom.

This position requires a high school diploma and experience with behavioral interventions; you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, track progress, and communicate with families to support student growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience working in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an assigned student to meet goals set forth in their IEP, providing accommodations and modifications as necessary.
• Assist in the development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Implement behavior support plans; record and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Utilize behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
