Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is hiring a Behavior Specialist Assistant to provide direct support for individuals with behavioral and mental health needs in community residential homes. You will help manage daily activities, assist with skill-building, collect data, and support crisis intervention as needed.

A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required, with comprehensive on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSet required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or class D1.

Responsibilities

• Provide supports per the Individual Support Plan, including personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with environment maintenance such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, cooking, and budgeting.
• Support data collection and analysis to track teaching program effectiveness.
• Assist with crisis intervention and prevention when indicated.
• Help participants engage with family and community activities.
• Follow medical procedures for medications and treatments when applicable.
