Job summary

The Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) is seeking candidates for the Middle School Operations role with an hourly wage of $25.47 and a non-exempt status. Qualifications

• Have strong communication skills
• Ability to follow protocols
• Ability to work with diverse students and staff
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet long periods
• Ability to move quickly and be physically able to support students

Responsibilities

• Be an active member of a mobile response team supporting students with challenging/dysregulated behavior
• Follow protocols and systems for supporting students
• Communicate with teachers, Dean of Students, Principals, Families professionally
• Input data into EduClimber to track behavior calls
• Collaborate with BEAs, Dean and other mobile response members
• Provide proactive support to students to regulate to learn
• Work with students in and out of classrooms
• Display professional behavior and avoid cell phone use around children
• Other related duties as assigned
