Madison Metropolitan School District is hiring for Elementary School Operations at Lapham Elementary. The role is hourly and non-exempt, starting at $25.47 per hour. The team focuses on supporting students with challenging behavior and maintaining a safe, learning-centered environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be an active member of the mobile response team supporting students with challenging behavior.
• Follow protocols for supporting students and input data into EduClimber as required.
• Communicate professionally with teachers, Deans, Principals and families.
• Collaborate with BEA teams and other mobile response members to support learning.
• Provide proactive support to students who need to regulate to learn.
• Support students both in and out of the classroom and maintain confidentiality.
