Job summary

Responsibilities

• Adhere to federal, state and local policies and procedures
• Participate in planned in-services and professional growth activities
• Assist in carrying out a behavioral program for students
• Assist administrators with modeling and coaching for students with behavioral challenges
• Assist in collecting and maintaining the student behavior data
• Obtain and maintain CPI certification
• Provide instruction to students under the supervision of administrators
• Provide behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of administrators
• Supervise students' work including administering tests and tutoring
• Oversee character education activities as prescribed by campus administration
• Maintain strict discipline to provide a controlled learning atmosphere
• Assist in obtaining assignments from teachers and delivering student work
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student membership in ISS
