Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to support students with diverse learning needs in school-based settings and in-home visits. You’ll use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills while following personalized plans.

No prior experience required—CSD will train you and provide paid training, mentorship, and clear career milestones.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Mon–Fri 3pm-8pm + Sat 8am-1pm availability.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session—home, centers, or community settings.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders while celebrating small wins.
