Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to work with students who may have serious emotional and behavioral challenges (ages 6-21).
• Experience supporting students in school settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow all agency policies and procedures and state/federal regulations.
• Monitor student behavior and assist with crisis prevention and de-escalation.
• Help implement behavior plans (BIP) and document incidents.
• Supervise students during non-instructional times and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Attend trainings to enhance professional skills and competencies.
• Perform clerical duties and maintain student records and attendance.
