Job Description

Behavior support aides at Grow Middle High School are members of an interdsiciplnary team serving students in grades 7-12 who are impacted by social-emotional disabilities. In a structured therapeutic milieu, aides work with teachers and counselors to provide the academic and behavioral supports students need to grow as learners and as young citizens.
