Southern Worcester Cty Educational Collaborative Grow Elementary School in Southbridge, MA is seeking a Behavior Support Aide to join an interdisciplinary team serving K–6 students with social-emotional disabilities. In a structured therapeutic milieu, you will assist teachers and counselors with academic and behavioral supports to help students grow as learners and young citizens.

Job Description

Behavior support aides at Grow Elementary School are members of an interdsiciplnary team serving students in grades k - 6 who are impacted by social-emotional disabilities. In a structured therapeutic milieu, tutors work with teachers and counselors to provide the academic and behavioral supports students need to grow as learners and as young citizens.
