Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing evidence-based behavior strategies.
• BCBA certification preferred; Michigan credentialing requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide district-wide consulting, coaching, and problem solving for behavior support.
• Develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments, Positive Behavior Support Plans, and Emergency Intervention Plans.
• Analyze data and prepare written and oral reports.
• Collaborate with MTSS and PBIS initiatives.
• Participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide modeling, training, and professional development to staff.
• Communicate effectively with administrators, staff, parents, and community partners.
