Job summary

TUCCi Learning Solutions Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based therapy under supervision, working with individuals with Autism in home and school settings on the Central Coast of California.

You will implement programs, collect data, and promote client dignity and safety. The role includes flexible schedules, paid sick/training time, travel time and mileage reimbursement, health benefits for full-time staff, a cell-phone stipend, and opportunities to pursue RBT certification

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 1 year of employment.
• Background check and TB test as per policy.
• Reliable transportation to multiple work sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA-based therapy under supervision in home or school settings.
• Collect data and implement BCBA-designed plans.
• Follow behavior and skill acquisition plans with professional, respectful approach.
• Promote client dignity and safety at all times.
• Attend regular team meetings and CLM coaching sessions.
• Travel to multiple work sites as needed.

You will deliver behavioral therapy to individuals with Autism and related developmental needs working in both home and/or school settings. Skills worked on will include: communication, social skills, academics, play development, behavior management and self help skills.
