Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to guide kids through play-based, evidence-based sessions at home, centers, or in the community. You’ll follow plans from clinical leaders and celebrate small wins as you adapt to a fast-paced, on-the-go schedule.

No prior experience is required—we’ll train you and support your growth. Starting pay is $20–$25 per hour, with tuition reimbursement and a vibrant team culture to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to sit and stand repeatedly to keep pace with clients.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
