Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist in California’s Sacramento area to support children through ABA-based play activities. You’ll visit homes, centers, or community settings, implementing plans with energy and empathy while tracking small wins that lead to big growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (as required).
• Reliable transportation to client homes, centers, or community sites.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and track progress.
