Job summary

Easterseals NH seeks a Behavior Specialist to develop comprehensive non-aversive behavioral interventions and training plans, while overseeing program compliance with applicable regulations.

Role includes training staff, tracking behaviors, and producing monthly summaries. Requires advanced degree in behavior analysis/psychology or equivalent experience; driver’s license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience as specified.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program compliance with state, federal, and licensing requirements.
• Train direct support and management staff in behavior supports and incident reporting.
• Document target behaviors and summarize monthly.
• Develop comprehensive non-aversive behavioral interventions.
• Write monthly reports for psychological service caseload and manage data tracking.
• Identify individuals needing psychological services and attend clinical meetings.
