Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Arizona teacher certification aligned to grade levels where assigned.
• Minimum five years successful teaching experience.
• Special Education and/or RtI experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with individual students or small groups to provide interventions and progress monitoring.
• Maintain records of interventions and progress monitoring to ensure process fidelity.
• Attend team/parent meetings and provide input on student strengths and weaknesses.
• Use researched-based interventions focused on individual student needs.
• Maintain data-based documentation of continuous monitoring of student performance and progress.
• Participate in student screening activities and data analysis to identify students in need.
• Provide data to school teams and participate in decisions about student progress.
• Utilize tracking system to maintain lists of students in interventions.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the principal.
• Other duties as assigned.
