Job summary

Crystal Spires Inc. is seeking a Behavior Specialist II to collect, maintain, and analyze behavioral data; provide staff training and coaching; support implementation of behavioral strategies; and assist with administrative functions of the Behavior Services department.

This role requires strong organizational skills, collaboration across departments, and the ability to model professional and therapeutic behavior support practices within school and residential settings.

Qualifications

• Collect and maintain behavioral data for clients and programs.
• Provide staff training and coaching in positive behavior supports.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and departmental paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of therapeutic environments and long-term projects.
• Provide on-site modeling, role-playing, and coaching to direct care staff.
• Respond to behavioral emergencies and participate in safe, supportive interventions.
• Assist with client appointments, outings, and community integration.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings and maintain effective communication with staff.
