Responsibilities

• Collect, maintain, and analyze behavioral data across settings.
• Provide staff training and coaching on positive behavior supports and intervention strategies.
• Support direct implementation of behavioral strategies and participate in clinical team planning.
• Assist with administrative functions of the Behavior Services department and HIPAA-compliant record keeping.
• Attend meetings, coordinate across departments, and maintain effective communication with leadership.
