Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. You’ll work at homes, centers, or in the community with flexible, school-year aligned schedules.

No prior experience is required as training and guidance are provided, plus a clear growth path and tuition support. Vaccination proof and reliable transport are needed.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to build communication and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to sessions at home, centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrate small wins.
