Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. You’ll work in home settings, our centers, or in the community, bringing energy and compassion to every session.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• Flexible availability including afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Vaccination proof (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to sit/stand and keep pace with clients.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to build communication, social, and life skills.
• Provide sessions at home, centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans from clinical leaders while tracking wins.
• Thrive in a flexible, on-the-go role.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
