Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist, Schools to help kids build communication, social, and life skills in school settings. The role offers flexible schedules, paid training, and a clear growth pathway.

Starting pay ranges from $20–$25 per hour based on experience. We provide college tuition reimbursement and opportunities to advance within a vibrant team culture as you grow with the program.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Availability: Monday-Friday, 8:00-3:30 pm preferred.
• 6+ months experience with special needs in school or related setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use play and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills in a school setting.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrate small wins.
