This entry-level role trains you to use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to build communication, social, and life skills at homes, centers, or in the community.

Starting pay is $20–$25 per hour, with paid training, college tuition reimbursement, and a clear growth pathway toward advancement as you gain experience and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keep pace with your client.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
