Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication and social skills using play and evidence-based strategies. You will join sessions at homes, centers, or in the community, following clinician-designed plans and celebrating small wins that drive growth.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive paid training and a clear career path are provided to support your development and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to sit/stand repeatedly and keep pace with clients.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to build communication, social, and life skills in kids.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, in centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrate small wins.
