Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist in Millbrae, CA. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to support children in home, center, or community settings using play-based, evidence-informed ABA strategies.

Starting pay is $22–$27 per hour, based on experience, with a clear growth pathway, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing coaching to develop clinical skills and advance your career while making a lasting impact.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible availability, including afternoons and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based ABA strategies to build communication, social, and life skills.
• Deliver sessions at home, in centers, or in the community with energy and compassion.
