As a Behaviour Specialist / Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) at The May School for Brain Injury and Neurobehavioral Disorders in Norwood, MA you will provide consultation for assigned students in both the classroom and residential settings. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of BCBAs who provide mentorship, consultation, and ongoing professional growth. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll develop individualised treatment plans, conduct assessments, and train staff to support school‑aged children with developmental disabilities. CompensationWe recognise and reward your expertise:

  • Without BCBA certification: $63,000 – $73,000 annually
