Job Details: Job Location: Ellicott City, MD 21043, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly, Are you passionate about helping adults with autism build skills, increase independence, and participate more fully in their communities? Linwood Center is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or Interventionist with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support individuals across our Residential and Day Programs.

What You’ll Do

• Implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and skill-building programs.
• Provide direct support and instruction to adults with autism.
• Guide and coach Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in implementing behavioral strategies.
• Collect, review, and maintain accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition.
• Assist the Behavior Services Program Manager with program planning, evaluation, and instructional strategy adjustments.
• Support daily living skills, community participation, vocational skill-building, and recreational activities.
• Develop and prepare instructional materials, including visual supports, task analyses, token economies, and related resources.
• Help translate behavioral recommendations into practical, staff-friendly procedures.
• Monitor implementation, identify barriers, and collaborate with internal and external behavioral service providers.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with agency policies.

Work Environment & Schedule
