Linwood Center, Inc. is hiring a Behavior Technician/RBT/Interventionist to support adults with autism in our Residential and Day Programs in Ellicott City, MD. The position focuses on implementing BSPs, collecting data, and coaching DSPs in behavioral strategies.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and ABA knowledge; strong communication and confidentiality are essential. The role offers 35–40 hours weekly in a full-time schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience as Behavior Technician, RBT, or Interventionist with autism or related disabilities.
• Solid grasp of ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to implement behavior plans and interventions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to maintain confidential records professionally.

Responsabilités

• Implement BSPs and skill-building programs.
• Provide direct support to adults with autism.
• Coach DSPs in behavioral strategies.
• Collect and maintain accurate data on behavior and skills.
• Assist program manager with planning and evaluation.
• Support daily living, community participation, and vocational skills.
• Develop instructional materials like visual supports and token economies.
• Translate behavioral recommendations into staff procedures.
• Monitor progress and collaborate with internal and external providers.
• Maintain confidential documentation per agency policies.
