• Valid driver’s license and a clean record within the last 3 years.
• Must pass background checks, physical, TB and drug screening (ALL company paid).

Our Clinical Services Department offers a detailed structure of support for those who struggle with traditional IDD programs. Each plan is diagnostically driven and grounded in strong clinical and therapeutic principles. We believe that respect for the individuals we care for includes extensive specialized training, plan development, and guidance for the family and team members. This process is guided by the Behavior Supports Consultant.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is required plus two years of experience.
