Northeast Arc in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Division Director of Clinical Services to lead behavior services across programs, supervise a team of clinicians, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The role requires a Master’s in ABA/psych/education, BCBA/LABA licensure in MA, and 5+ years of supervisory experience; strong leadership in PBS and staff development is essential. Qualificações

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in Human Services.

Responsabilidades

• Leads behavior services for persons in the Arc programs and supervises a team of behavior clinicians and an expressive therapist.
• Maintains agency clinical support policies and procedures to ensure regulatory, licensing and accreditation standards are met.
• Administers quality compliance systems for behavior support protocols including Positive Behavior Supports to maintain high standards of care.
• Directs agency-wide staff training regarding all behavior support protocols and guidelines; develops staff trainings as needed.
• Develops and executes short/long term goals which enhance and support organizational strategic plan and priority initiatives.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (40 hr/week)

HYBRID SCHEDULE AVAILABLE

Salary: $110,094 annually

Qualifications:

1. Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field
2. Must be a current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) with MA Board of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions
3. Licensed in MA as a psychologist, licensed mental health counselor, master’s level speech pathologists, or master’s level special education teacher with ABA training will be considered
4. Minimum 5 years post-graduate training and/or experience in function-based behavioral assessment and treatment for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury, autism spectrum disorders, and multi-tiered systems of support (PBS)
5. Three (3) to Five (5) years of supervisory experience within Human Services
