ABA SHINE is hiring a Mid-Level Supervisor for its Behavior Respite Program in California. This role offers leadership responsibility, mentorship of Behavior Technicians, and the chance to accrue BCBA fieldwork hours while advancing toward BCBA certification.

Locations include San Ramon and nearby Alameda/Contra Costa Counties. The position is in-person, with a flexible schedule and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field is required.
• 2+ years in programming, supervision, and ABA experience is expected.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and proactive behavior strategies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians in proactive strategies that boost client engagement.
• Supervise ABA antecedent-based intervention implementation.
• Ensure a structured, engaging respite experience for clients and families.
• Collect BCBA fieldwork hours with direct supervision toward BCBA certification.
