ABA SHINE in Oakland, CA is seeking a Mid-Level Supervisor for the Behavior Respite Program. You will mentor Behavior Technicians, implement proactive strategies, and supervise ABA sessions while accruing supervised BCBA fieldwork hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• At least 2 years in programming, supervision, and ABA experience.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and proactive strategies.
• Ability to train and mentor staff using BST.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians with proactive strategies.
• Supervise ABA antecedent-based intervention implementation.
• Ensure structured, engaging respite experiences for clients and families.
• Collect BCBA fieldwork hours with direct supervision toward BCBA certification.
• Develop proactive behavior plans with BCBAs.
• Support families and caregivers with relief and quality care.
• Maintain balanced workload with minimal data collection and annual reports.
