Responsibilities

• Contribute toward a safe environment by ensuring student conduct is maintained and discipline is fair.
• De-escalation, behavior intervention, and behavior management techniques may be used.
• Monitor student behavior according to policies and procedures.
• Develop rapport with students while maintaining high expectations.
• Interact with staff and families professionally regarding interventions and consequences.
• Document behaviors and interventions using district systems.
• Collaborate with school leadership on tier 3 interventions.
