Job summary

Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc. (LBCSI) is seeking a Conduct Specialist to support adults with behavioral and conduct disorders. You will develop modification plans, implement therapeutic strategies, and work with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Experience is welcome, and LBCSI offers training for motivated staff. The role is on-site in Yorba Linda, CA with a Monday–Friday schedule and a mileage stipend along with medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401k match.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience working with adults with behavioral disorders.
Strong understanding of behavior modification principles and evidence-based interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in documentation and record keeping.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred: RBT certification; BCBA/BCaBA desirable; degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of client behavior using standardized techniques and observation.
Develop and implement behavior modification plans based on individual goals.
Provide direct therapeutic support to individuals with behavioral and conduct disorders.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team to develop effective strategies.
Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Document client behavior, interventions, and progress according to agency standards.
