Job summary

Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Conduct Specialist in South Lake Tahoe. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals facing behavioral and conduct disorders to provide support and interventions.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating behavior modification plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has a background in psychology or social work and experience with adults in a behavioral setting. Full-time position available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with adults with behavioral disorders.
• Experience working with individuals who have behavioral and conduct disorders.
• Proficiency in documentation and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of client behavior using standardized techniques.
• Develop and implement behavior modification plans.
• Provide direct therapeutic support to individuals with behavioral disorders.

Skills

Experience working with adults with behavioral disorders

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of behavior modification principles

Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Education

Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field

Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Certification in behavior analysis (BCBA or BCaBA)
