Job summary

Scoot Education is seeking a Behavior Interventionist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with intensive behavioral needs in the Bay Area. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to implement BIPs, de-escalation strategies, and daily routines under supervision.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification, ABA experience, and a commitment to safety and structured environments. This is a W-2, hourly role with paid training, weekly pay, and benefits as outlined by Scoot Education.

Responsibilities

• Work with students in high-needs settings, including 1:1 and small groups.
• Implement strategies to support intensive behaviors and de-escalation.
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with teachers and behavior teams.
• Foster a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Model positive behavior and assist with IEPs.
