Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to implement individualized Behavior Support Plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. You will teach and reinforce communication, social, daily living, and other adaptive skills using evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
Must be registered with the BACB as a Registered Behavior Technician.
Experience in high acuity environments with intense behaviors.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized Behavior Support Plans under supervision of a BCBA.
Record and report data on client behavior, skills, and outcomes.
Teach and reinforce communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills.
Apply de-escalation techniques and follow safety protocols.
Collaborate with team and professionals to ensure consistency and progress.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries.
