Scoot Education in Southern California is seeking a Paraprofessional & Behavior Interventionist to support students with special needs in 1:1 or small group settings. You’ll build rapport, foster a safe learning environment, and assist lead educators as needed.

Qualifications include college credits or higher, CBEST, and state/federal background checks. This role offers day-to-day flexibility with varied assignments and a W-2 employment setup.

Qualifications

• College credits or higher required for consideration.
• CBEST or equivalent state certification preferred.
• Background checks required at state and federal levels.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with students with special needs in small group or 1:1 settings.
• Build rapport and trust with the children in your care.
• Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Take direction from lead educators and assist when needed.
• Assist with various mod to severe scenarios as required.
