Job summary

Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools seeks a Behavior Interventionist for Montague Elementary School to support students with behavioral needs in a hands-on, in-person setting.

The position requires implementing Positive Behavioral Supports and Restorative Practices, with ongoing documentation for teachers, administrators, and parents. The candidate should communicate effectively, be adaptable, and participate in CPI training as needed.

Qualifications

• Must meet ESSA Standards.
• Experience with behaviorally challenged students.
• Knowledge of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports initiative.
• Training in Restorative Practices or willingness to be trained.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to receive Crisis Prevention/Intervention Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance for students who are behaviorally challenged.

Salary/Compensation: $16.00 per hour (6.5 hours per day)

Work Environment: In-Person

Qualifications:
