Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is actively hiring a Behavior Interventionist to support children and teens with developmental disabilities in the Santa Clarita area. This role emphasizes 1:1 client support, data-driven ABA plans, and collaborative teamwork to help clients grow and thrive.

Part-time position with potential to expand into full-time hours, paid training, and mileage reimbursement for travel to client locations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience, including internships, volunteer work, or employment in education or childcare.

Responsibilities

  • 1:1 Client Support with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Provide consistent therapy with at least 15 scheduled hours per week.
  • Track progress by collecting and recording data.
  • Foster learning and growth through structured activities.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve outcomes.
  • Maintain professional standards including HIPAA compliance.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

  • Pay Range: $19-$22/per hour, based on experience and education
  • Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
  • Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Hiring Bonus

  • $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
  • $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

  • +$2/hour for weekend shifts
  • +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

Schedule Needs:

  • Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
  • Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
  • Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
  • Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
  • Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
