Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist in California. This role focuses on empowering children and teens with developmental disabilities through ABA-informed support in a Part-Time capacity.

You'll work Mon-Fri 2:00PM-7:30PM, starting part-time with 15-20 hours per week, with a path to more hours as needed. Compensation ranges $21–$25 per hour, plus weekend and holiday incentives, mileage reimbursement, and paid training.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Genuine passion for helping children grow.
  • Reliable transportation required to travel within 20 miles.

Responsibilities

  • 1:1 client support with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (e.g., Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD).
  • Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
  • Provide at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
  • Track progress by collecting and recording data to guide next steps.
  • Foster learning and growth through structured activities and interactive approaches.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Maintain HIPAA and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives
  • Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00/per hour, based on experience and education
  • Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
  • Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability
Hiring Bonus
  • $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
  • $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
Additional Pay Incentives
  • +$2/hour for weekend shifts
  • +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
Schedule Needs: Monday-Friday 2:00PM-7:30PM
Now Hiring In: North County Atascadero, Templeton, Paso Robles. South County San Luis Obispo, 5 Cities & Nipomo must being willing to travel within 20 miles.

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • 1:1 Client Support - Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
  • Implement ABA Treatment Plans - Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
  • Provide Consistent Therapy - Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
  • Track Progress - Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
  • Foster Learning and Growth - Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate as a Team - Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Maintain Professional Standards - Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
