Job summary

Intercare Therapy in National City, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic settings on a part-time basis. We provide paid training to help children with autism learn and grow in everyday environments.

Earn $22.00 to $26.00 per hour with a flexible schedule (mornings, afternoons, early evenings). Medical coverage options, 401(k) with match, paid training, mileage reimbursement, supervision, and education reimbursement are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus college coursework or enrollment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel 20–40 miles to client locations.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
