Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Use appropriate teaching strategies to support students.
• Teach and manage students as assigned by administration.
• Serve as a resource in classroom and school.
• Evaluate student performance and progress.
• Provide instruction tailored to assigned students.
• Communicate with parents as appropriate.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and classroom systems.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Use effective instructional strategies for students with disabilities.
• Implement social skills lessons.
• Provide training when needed.
• Support student progress with data collection and team analysis.
• Adjust plans based on progress and feedback.
• Assist with transitions and accommodations for success.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Superintendent.
