Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or closely related Human Services field.
• Experience in supporting individuals with I/DD or behavioral needs preferred.
• Foundational certifications in crisis intervention and patient safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with I/DD, promoting community integration and ADL assistance.
• Lead on shift, supervise direct care staff, and ensure safe, respectful care.
